Once your items are cleaned and pressed, our team delivers them right to your door. Fresh, folded, and ready to wear, on time, every time, with the same care we put into every detail.

Everything You Need to Know
No. Choose a safe Drop Spot at your home or building lobby/front desk and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll get updates and a confirmation when your order is collected and delivered.
Any clean, closable bag is fine on your first pickup. We’ll return your order with a reusable Puritan bag for next time.
Standard dry cleaning returns next business day for most items. Specialty items like couture, leather/suede, or household textiles may take longer. If you need a rush, call us ASAP or add it in your order notes and we’ll confirm if same-day is possible.
For typical residential routes, there’s no strict minimum. If you’re submitting a very small order, we may suggest bundling with your next pickup to be efficient. (If a minimum applies to a special-service request, we’ll confirm first.)
Use the message field on Start Your Order or include a written note inside your bag. Callouts like “light starch,” “no crease,” “treat collar,” or “hold for repair” help our team nail the details.
Hanging garments are returned pressed and protected. Foldables are neatly packaged. Multi-order households are grouped by person whenever possible.
